The psychology of weight loss has always fascinated me. How do you go from thoughts and intentions to actions and results? What does it take to drive someone to accomplish what they set out to do? How does a person get enough internal motivation to go out and do something about their wants and desires? The answers to these questions is most likely due to a deep seeded internal motivator that makes someone finally take action.
